[b]Hologramming: Governance and risk containment for Holistic Change and SOA[/b] [i]Hologramming methodology blends the ideas of chaos theory, cybernetics and SCRUM agile development into a holistic meta-concept.[/i] Hologramming is a management methodology designed to meet the challenges of coordinating the conflict free and harmonic collaboration of widely distributed resources in machine-to-machine and machine-to-human interaction. Hologramming stands for Holistic programming and is an IT governance methodology that sees any project as permanently communcating holistic network of humans, technology and organization. Hologramming is based on Standard Operation Procedures to handle non-linear (=complex) projects to cope with the special challenges in highly distributed and heterogeneous environments and permanent adjustment of requirements and cultural change as found in automation, EAI or SOA. The challenge of today's IT is no longer building a solution on a green field. The risks lie in implementing change, since every new implementation is in competition with the existing ones. Axel Angeli and his team developed practically proven Standard Operation Procedures that cope with the special behavior and events that occur in a distributed, highly decentralized environment. This methodology was originally developed to have guidelines for rollout teams in multi-cultural environments where communication between the actors is limited for various reasons.
